Bespoke & Custom Orders

Due to the personalized nature of bespoke and custom-made garments:

• A 50% deposit is required to commence work
• Deposits are non-refundable once work has begun
• Final payment is due upon completion and before delivery
• We offer unlimited alterations to ensure perfect fit
• Store credit may be offered in exceptional circumstances

Ready-to-Wear Items

For off-the-rack purchases from our atelier:

• Returns accepted within 14 days of purchase
• Items must be unworn, unwashed, with original tags attached
• Proof of purchase required
• Refunds issued to original payment method
• Store credit available for returns without receipt

Alteration Services

Our alteration services are guaranteed:

• Free adjustments if fit is not perfect
• Claims must be made within 7 days of pickup
• Items must be in original condition
• Same-day service available for minor adjustments

Items Not Eligible for Return

The following cannot be returned or refunded:

• Final sale or discounted items
• Items damaged by wear, washing, or alterations by other providers
• Garments with removed tags or packaging
• Personalized or monogrammed items

Quality Guarantee

We stand behind the quality of our craftsmanship. If you experience any defects in materials or workmanship within 30 days of purchase, we will repair or replace the item at no cost.

How to Initiate a Return

Since all transactions occur in-person, simply visit our atelier with your item and proof of purchase. Our team will assess the item and process your return or exchange on the spot.
