For urgent requests, we offer express services that can be completed in as little as 3-5 days. We'll provide a specific timeline during your consultation based on your requirements.
Yes! We ship worldwide using trusted courier services. Delivery times vary by location: 1-2 days for West Africa, 3-5 days for Europe and North America, and 5-7 days for other regions. All international shipments include tracking and insurance.
We offer complimentary alterations within 30 days of purchase for all bespoke and ready-to-wear items. For items after 30 days, alterations are available at a nominal fee. We also provide alteration services for garments not purchased from us, with pricing based on the complexity of work required.

We accept various payment methods including bank transfers, credit/debit cards, and mobile money. For bespoke orders, we require a 50% deposit to begin work, with the balance due upon completion. Payment plans are available for orders above ₦100,000.
While we can use images as inspiration, we focus on creating original designs that reflect your personal style and our design philosophy. We won't copy another designer's work exactly, but we'll work with you to create something equally beautiful and unique to you.
